The Design Edit
The Design Edit
This 60 minute session will help you identify your interior design style and give you a roadmap towards achieving the overall vision for your space. Together we will evaluate your space and layout, discuss how you want each area to function and review the pieces you already have available. After reviewing your inspiration pictures, we will review your progress and provide professional advice on: colour consultation, hard finishes selection, floor plan and space planning suggestions, product sourcing, styling direction and implementation.
Afterwards, you will receive a summary of our session, a custom mood board along with shoppable links (all within budget!) and styling tips on how to adjust and reuse your current pieces to achieve your goals.
What this service includes:
- Space Plan : A 2D floor plan of your room’s layout
- Furniture & Decor Sourcing: As a NKBA and TIDC member, Nikyta has access to trade furniture and decor or online retail stores to source from for our clients
- One (1) 3D visual: I use Adobe Photoshop and Canva for Design Edit visuals to transform your space with the actual items sourced (for mid construction rooms, I do ask for 70% drywall to be installed)
- 45m Design Meeting: After completing your Edit, Nikyta will meet with you one on one to present your design plan
- Live Edit: If you would like to see anything changed in your design, Nikyta will do a live edit with you until you are satisfied (if changes exceed your time limit, she will send the revisions via email)
- Complimentary Design Coordinator: If you choose for us to source from trade vendors, this service includes a design coordinator to complete any orders you wish to place of the furniture and decor on your sourcing list
Please note: Design Edits are priced per room up to 200 square feet. Due to sourcing, visual renderings, and fair pricing, open concept spaces are considered separate rooms based on use (ex. Open concept Kitchen, Living, and Dining would be three separate rooms based on square footage). Rooms exceeding 200 sqft. will be charged an additional $4/sq.ft with invoices sent after initial consultation.
After Nikyta receives pictures of your space, there is currently an estimated 3-4 week turn-around for your completed design.
All sales are final.
I know that identifying whether your space falls under the category of one room or multiple rooms can sometimes be challenging. If you are unsure if your open concept space should be considered as one room or multiple rooms for purchasing purposes, please do not hesitate to contact me via email or Instagram DM.
